1. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Edited by: Gaius Proeliator on 12/06/2008 00:12:19 Well, had the ship out in a FW fleet today. Survived the fighting, which I'm happy about. We were up against a nano gang, so I wasn't really able to accomplish much, although I think I did sur...

2. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Jadiin How exactly are you firing heavies over 200km? Are there rigs for this? Yes. Hydraulic Bay Thrusters or Rocket Fuel Cache Partition.

5. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: PR0D AK71V 150 range sounds good... but if you see a rapier, huginn or any interceptor... align and warp as fast as you can, as they can cover the distance needed to scram you in 10 seconds and your missiles won't save you ...

6. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Meh. If I want HAMs, I'll get a Sac. Which I might one of these days...but anyways, thanks for the advice.

7. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Something to keep in mind. However, HAMs are kinda difficult to fit on a Cerb, and the range bonuses say to me that the ship is better suited with HMLs. And, right now I have more training in HMLs than HAMs.

8. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I probably should have said in my original post, I'm fitting for a 5-10 person gang with ewar, logistics, and tackle support. Will be doing FW and defending mining ops.

9. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Deserak Fit looks good, few things I might personally change are dc for OD (bit of extra speed never hurts) and I think the rigs might be better served as defence field extenders (but that is just me). I was thinking the...

10. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I don't really want to nano because from what I've read, the Cerberus just doesn't do it very well. So, I've opted for shields and range. Mostly range, because its shields just aren't that strong. However, back to the original purpose of my post.....

11. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Haradgrim you can't be using all those slots if you dont have some sort of a tank or nano fit, and considering your setting up for 150km range I imagine tackle gear is not the issue... so what exactly are you thinking of fit...

12. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Originally by: Foocurr That will be fine unless you want to target past 150km+. :) Yes...that's pretty obvious. But I don't know if I want to target past 150km, because I'm unfamiliar with the threats to a long range missile sniper lik...

13. Cerberus range - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I've got 1 sensor booster with a range script on it, giving me roughly a 150km range. I'm not nano fit, and tank wont be strong, so I'm depending on range to keep me safe. Is that going to be enough, or should I let out all the stops and go for 24...

14. Cerberus - HAM or HM - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I'm training for a Cerberus currently, and I intend to fit mine with Heavy Missiles for two main reasons. 1) They're easier to fit, leaving me low spaces for BCSs. 2) They allow me to take full advantage of the Cerberus's range benefits, allowing ...

15. [RMR] Cerberus for PVP - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Ok, would love to get some feedback on my fit. The objective is primarily to defend miners and convoys, so it's also a gang fit; that's why there's no warp disruptor or webifier. Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Signal Amp...

17. Shield Hardeners vs. Shield Amps - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Another question just occured to me. Will passive and active hardeners stack? For instance, will the 25% from a passive hardener and the 50% from an active hardener combine?

Thank you Mishi, much clearer than I was able to put it. So I suppose it's a matter of preference then?
